COMMENTS:
Eye: this wine has a quite rich cherry red colour with brick red tint.
Nose: Like some good St Emilion wine, the Chateau Beard 2003 has a very aromatic nose. You could smell oak barrel fragrance, vanilla and spice. All these flavours are well balanced with a red fruit jam smell.
Mouth: This St emilion wine is rich in mouth, it has a medium aromatic body. It is not a very tannic wine and easy to drink. Perfect with French cheese...

This is brillant yellow white wine. We can feel pineapple, banana and an oak wood flavor. It has a typical nose of chardonnay. In mouth, it has a good roudness, a medium body and a good richness. The after taste is not charcteristic of chardonnay, we feel much more bitterness.

This brilliant wine has a light straw yellow colour. It has a pleasant smells of green apple, citrus and grass. It is a full bodied white wine which is easy to drink. I find this wine very interesting because I feel firstly the roundness. Then, around this roundness comes freshness and liveliness.

this bright wine has a medium cherry red tint. It smells like red fruits mix, with a hint of mulburry and oak wood. In the mouth, this wine has a lightly sweet attack with a medium body, well balanced with freshness and roundness. You will feel a round supple evolution with a soft finish very enjoyable. Easy to drink. I suggest you to drink this wine with some piece of french cheese such as "ste maure de touraine" (french goat cheese from touraine region).

This bright red wine has a purpel red color. It has a smoky smell and the characteristical texture of this kind of wine: smoothie, soft with a strong feeling of acidity. It become specie, hot in mouth (in the whole mouth). It's better to taste it with food. Last but not least it has a pleasant medium body.

COMMENTS:
This Sauvignon has a very clear yellow colour, actually almost colorless. The nose impressions reveal a fresh note, very fruity and complex. In mouth, it has a surprising impression of fruitiness ; this light wine has a lively and refreshing flavour but is full bodied in the same time, then it's very easy to drink. Instead of a lot of Sauvignon I could taste, this one is surprising because it's fresh, but very long.

This Chardonnay is especially bright, with a pale yellow colour. It smells like citrus, lemon and apple. Those fruity aromas are related to an oaky odour, with a touch of vanilla, brandy and a little bit of pepper. It is a very attractive nose! In mouth, the attack is lively but not harsh. This attack is exceptionally well balanced with the roundness of the wine. This wine is full in the mouth and brings a great richness. It coat the pallet so we can fell the pleasant long finish. As many Chardonnay, this is a refreshing wine. Very pleasant to drink! Finally this wine is well balanced between its good length, its freshness and its roundness.

COMMENTS:
The visual aspect of this wine is very pleasant : it had a brillant medium cherry red colour which is appealing. To the nose, it had a bacon and smoky smell but we could find some red fruits such as strawberry and cherry. The odour was also a bit spicy with a touch of wood. It was a very fruity nose. In mouth, we could still taste the fruit but not only ; the wine had a medium body, it was very soft and lightly sweet. Anyway it is still a well balanced wine between fruity aromas and long finish. I would like to add that we did not feel any tannins, it is the reason why we can say that this is a very easy to drink wine. The round evolution in mouth is linked up with the freshness of this red wine. This wine was good, even if it had not the caracter of a Cabernet Sauvignon but much more of a Merlot and I would like to stress out that this is not because I am French that I did not find this wine outstandind!

Ruby/Purple. The nose is not particular aromatic, with bouquet of cassis, chocolate. Medium-bodied. This wine needed to be aired for at least 3 hours to open up. No doubt it is a good quality wine but I did not find it inspiring. I would prefer a more elegant style.

This bright wine has a medium brick red colour. It has a very complex smell; There isn't oaky flavour like many wines. We can feel leather or fur of animal odors; in french we say :"Les vieux Bourgognes renardent". More we taste this wine more it is better in mouth. This particularity is linked to the soil of burgundy with his Pinot Noir. After one or two slips, it is a velvety perception : this wine is full body. The perception of this wine becomes more parfumed. We can also feel a certain lively biterness in the end. It is perfect to drink this wine with duck!!

This bright wine has a dark purple red colour. You can smell expressive odours : this wine is very smoothy in nose (north part from the Rhone Valley with aromas such as black olive, cedarwood and smoke). There is a strong feeling of acidity which is a caracteristic of shyraz. You can feel a lively attack when you taste tis wine but after, you can feel the spicyness of this wine with the tanins at the back part. There is a balance between the different flavors. It becomes fruity and spicy and the acidity becomes round. As a conclusion, it is a very good balanced wine.

This wine has a dark brick red color. It has strong smells of wood (oak), but also mushrooms, spices, and fruits. In mouth, this wine is not tannic. It has a pleasant fruity attack, very rich when you fill it in the mouth. The wine becomes well structured, round and supple in his evolution. The spicy taste at the end is interesting.
This Saint Emilion is easy to drink but not so much, a nice medium body or full body wine.

COMMENTS:
This wine has a pale golden yellow colour. Its smell is more fruity than most of Chardonnay, thanks to the Australian sun. The mix of alcohol and oak wood fragrances is delightful. In the mouth, you immediately feel an acid attack, which tastes like lemon. But then, the wine reveals its supplness and its bitterness. This bitterness may come from the way the grapes are crushed, pretty hardly. Finally, this particular wine is full in the mouth and full bodied.
