Gives me a feeling of the sun in the South of France.

This very pleasant fruity wine has a lively attack and an acid evolution. It has a short length in mouse. In mouth it has a good balance between refreshing and suppleness.
Gives me of feeling of holidays and comfort.

This wine has a medium red brick colour.
It has a spicy odour, that reminds clove. it is a very elegant nose because of the complexity of scents. We can find a bit of animal fur in the smell, which is not very surprising for a wine from Burgundy.
In mouth, it has a lively attack and then a velvety evolution that cought the pallet. It is a very long wine with a cinnamon and clove after-taste.
It has all caracteristic of a Pinot Noir : not very tannic, no oaky flavour ; long and velvety.
It is very surprising the first time you taste it but the more you drink it, the better it tastes!
Great with duck or with peaches.

This is a very sweet wine, perfect for dessert or to eat with cheese such as ewe cheese.
It will add fest to your meal, with its brillant gold colour.
Moreover, it has an elegant smells of quince and fig jam ; and a light dry pineapple hint.
In mouth, it is syrupy with pleasant fruity aroma, and has a delicious taste of honey. But even if this is a wonderful wine, it can get older, there is still a bit of acidity because of "pourriture noble".
This is a gorgious wine, but not only to look at!
Must be fresh to be drinked.

When you don't swirl it, it smells like mushroom, black fruits, spice. It has a harmonious balance between black pepper and blackcurrant. It is not a very complex smell but very well balanced and attractive.
If you swirl the glass, the wine smells like green pepper and acidity. This smell is a bit unattractive.
MOUTH
This nice wine has a medium body with a fruity evolution. We feel black fruits and cut grass or plans. It has a supple evolution, with a round finish. This is a generous wine.
