COMMENTS: This Sauterne is very very good !!! It's very closed of a porto for the texture in the mouth. The taste is unique. Bought in the productor house that's why the price is not very high. If you buy it on stores it will be about 90$ in france and very expensive in the USA for exemple. Mail me if you taste it I will be please to know how it cost out of France.

COMMENTS: With a smell of coffee and smoke, this brown red wine is very rich. Its age gives it a strong taste of tannin and explains why it is not fruity. In mouth, at the beginning this wine is smooth and roundness after. Finally this wine is very well balanced and tastefull.

COMMENTS: With a brilliant and straw yellow color this medium bodied white wine is very evolutive in mouth. At the beginning we feel a lively attack and after we feel a pleasant fruity taste. So this wine is easy to drink and very well balanced.

COMMENTS: This wine has a brillant rich golden yellow color, we feel a strong smells of mango and honey. In the mouth, we feel a fruity taste which coincide with the smell. It is a sweet wine,medium bodied,elegant and long in mouth.It is easy to drink and light. It has a little bit of bitterness. This wine has a good balance between freshness and sweetness.

COMMENTS: recently visited shafer vineyards. during the tasting Doug Shafer came through and shared his story of the first making of the port. funny story which added to the wonderful visit. the port is simple great. caramel, maple, and decadent, absolutely no hint of brandy or alcohol so many ports impart into the wine. unfortunately it's only available at the winery.
