COMMENTS: A spectacular zinfandel. The zin of the year in my opinion. The aromas are there, but a little subdued, and will never prepare you for the palate, which is a huge surprise and as in-your-face as you can get. BIG fruit and spice, fig and jam flavors abound. The alcohol is very well masked, and tastes like 13.5%, so be careful or you'll be on the floor before you know it. A must-buy.
