Smell : This wine has pleasant odors of pinaple, citrus, honey and oak wood. It's a very fruity white wine.
Mouth : This wine has a balance between sweetness and fruity. We immediatly find different taste in mouth. It don't have only one taste. At the front part of the mouth we feel sweetness but also acidity and freshness. There is a balance between sweetness and freshness. At the back of the mouth we feel bitterness which give it lenght to the mouth.
To conclude, this wine stay a long time in mouth. It's a very fruity wine which keep a spicy taste at the back of the mouth

odor : this wine has a pleasant smell of roses , litchi and muscat.
profile :in the mouth this nice light wine has a fruity and smooth attack. Indeed there is an explosion of fruity taste at the beginning. On mouth all the pleasure is during the first step. that is why it is a very pleasant wine
comments : the sweet gewurztraminer can be drink with cheese,such as roquefort stiltron and dessert.
the dry gewurztraminer are delicious with ethnic food (thai , indian), dish with curry.

This wine has a dark and deep cherry red indeed back color
It delivers expressive smells of oak, spices, coffee and oak wood, aging in oak barrels
It is a pleasant wine with a fresh attack which doesn't remain. During its evolution in the mouth, you can appreciate its good roundness
It has strong tannins felt in the back of the mouth quite immediately
It is not a full-bodied but a well structured wine with a distinguished astringency because it is quite young
This wine can't be drunk for the aperitif, but more with meals like "cote de boeuf" a steak with a pepper sauce in order to limit the tannic sensation of this "charpente" wine. Poulty can be enough because this wine is not beefed-up and could be too bitter or astringent

Color : This wine has a brillant light pale yellow color
Smell : This wine has an intense and pleasant smells of litchi, roses and muscat
Mouth : In mouth, the main quality of the wine is that it's very fruty. It has a smooth and a fruty attack. Then it has an explosion of fruits at the front of the mouth. After few minuts it become less important. We don't pay attention of the acidity at the back of the mouth.
To conclude, this very pleasant fruity wine can be delightfull with curry and many spicy ethnic foods as Thai and Indian. This sweet Gewurztraminer AOC Alsace is also very nice with cheeses and desserts.

This Pinot Noir has bright and light red color, charateristic the grape variety
He has a pleasant and elegant cerise griotte-like smell, and flavors like cherry in brandy and spices 'ones. Its odor is very complex and you can feel the smells of coffee. Its real complexity is like a perfume
When you taste it, you need 3 tips because this wine is not easy to describe. In fact, it is one of the most difficult grape to taste because it has a very special attack in the mouth : at the beginning you can feel the strong agressivity of its lively attack and then, this wine coats the whole palete and becomes wonderful in the back of it. The second part of its evolution in the mouth is very interesting after two or three tips.
It is not a really fruity wine as Shiraz which has a distinguished red fruits taste
This wine is not too lively, it seems to be light at the first tip but the sensation no lasts a lot
You keep its flavor and roundness a long time in the mouth
In French, you can describe this wine as a "capiteux" or heady wine because you can keep the memories of it
This wine is well-known for given happyness and a good mood
It has a low amount of tannins and a high acidity level

Loupiac wine is of a beautiful golden color with an exotic and cristalised fruit aroma. The scent of this wine is also of honey and in my opinion of chocolate as well.
