COMMENTS: Lighter in hue/color than other Zins. Strong fruit aroma with spicy undertones (white pepper). Taste was fruit forward with a mix of white pepper finish.

Would pair well with Asian cuisine, BBQ and hard to medium cheese.

COMMENTS: Purple to light purple hue with fruit driven aroma and excellent legs. Taste statrts with ripe berries and cherry and finishes with mild spice and chocolate with a bit or minerals. Consistent and persistent flavor tasting of sohpisticated and experienced wine making technique. The wine changed little over the 30 minute tasting.

A little acidic to start with, but then the Meursault taste kicks in and you get some very buttery notes, hints of honey and a very round taste.
Great wine and very easy to drink, with an interesting character.

COMMENTS: Deep gold, fine ripe oatmeal nose and great depth of flavour : this is a wine that has been variable in the past, and I haven't as a consequence tasted it for 10 years, which is a pity, because although it's past its best it's wonderfully mellow and sophisticated.
