The taste is well balanced between fresness and fruitiness. It is easy to dring and very refreshing.

This is wine which mix 90% of semillon and 10 % of Sauvignon grapes.
This brillant golden has a yellow color wine tint. This wine has expressive elegant smells of cristallized fruits, like pinapple, citrus but also, there are some smells of fig, raisin and oak wood. This is a wine which is aromatic.
In mouth, this very pleasant light and fruity bodied wine has a fruity attack. Due to the pH there is a balance between sweetness and freshness. At the end, it keeps spicy taste at the back of the mouth and this wine stays long time in the mouth. Moreover, this wine has a bitterness finish and this is this bitterness which gives the length to the mouth.
This wine is very easy to drink, very good wine!
