This wine has a brillant rich golden yellow color, we feel a strong smells of mango and honey. In the mouth, we feel a fruity taste which coincide with the smell. It is a sweet wine,medium bodied,elegant and long in mouth.It is easy to drink and light. It has a little bit of bitterness. This wine has a good balance between freshness and sweetness.

It's an easy to drink wine with a sweety fruity taste like Saumur Champigny or Chinon... In mouth we feel a crispy acidity taste and a little astringency after. It smell red and blackfruit. Its purple colour express his youngness. finally we can say it is well balanced

it owns very pleasant odors, like exotic fruits, ripe fruits, pineapple.
The first attack is sweet and fruity. This wine is refreshing and easy-to-drink.
We can also smell honey, quince jam and cristalize fruits.
So this wine is a balance between sugar and acidity.
There is a touch of bitterness and firmness.
We can drink it with an aperitif (pear/roquefort is recommended) or with a dessert.

Odor : this wine has en expressive elegant and complexe smell of all fruit's jam , liquoris , sweet. But also animal's smell (musc) and a mix of diferent variety of mushroom.
Profile : it is nececary to taste this wine twice or three times before describe this wine. In mouth, this wine is medium bodied and full. It's also rich and velvety and it stays a long time in mouth. After 3 secondes in mouth you feel the perception on the back on the mouth. For this kind of wine don't use the word well strutured because is not tannic.
comments : the St. Emilion is perfectly consistent with lamb, eggplant, beef with mushroom

This Coteaux du Layon wine is an extremely complex blend of sweet pleasant flavours that remind us of summer and sunshine. It is of a bright and brilliant golden color, pretty much recalling the honey of its aroma and flavour. As well as honey, one can also smell cristallised exotic fruits such as mango and pineapple and maybe even a hint of jasmin. In mouth, it tastes of honey and pineapple once again. This wine is also very well balanced between sweetness and freshness. It is mellow, rich and long in mouth, and is one of the best wines I ever tasted!
