This brilliant wine has a medium cherry red colour, it has expressive smells of oak wood and black fruit's jam. In mouth, this harmonious wine has a great fruitiness attack and then a nice full long evolution. It is full bodied. Known as a very elegant and long wine, you keep it long time in mouth. It's a quite expensive wine.

This clear wine has a light pale yellow colour. This medium-bodied wine has a rose ans muscat taste. Nose is intense with peach, cristalised fruit and muscat smell and a common odours of spicies. It's very fruity and pleasant wine which can be drunk with duck liver, really easy to drink and quite light. We can keep its freshness and its sweetness a long time in mouth.

This golden yellow white wine reveals a wine with character. Indeed, the smell proposes a small fruity note of lemon and green apple aromas. It is a dry and refreshing white wine and the small bit sparkly taste makes it going well with cheeses like Comte or Beaufort.

First of all, it was very unusual for me taste a foreign wine. However, I was suprised to discover that I liked this wine better than the previous Chadonnay I tasted, a french St Aubin 2005. This wine is the same pale yellow as the french one but its peach and lemon aromas and flavours are much more pleasant from my point of view than those of pepper and caramel I experienced when tasting the St Aubin. This wine therefore has a nice fruity taste and is perfectly balanced between livelyness and mellowness, roundness and freshness. It has, however, a quite alcoholic mouthfeel which produces a slight heating sensation in the mouth.

In the mouth, we can feel aroma of apple and citrus without agressivity. when we taste it, we feel a light sparkling attack. We feel freshness.There is a little bit oxydation.
In the nose, we smell odour of apple, it has a medium pleasant odours. It is not very frankly, just at the beginning. We can drink this wine with cheese as Comte or Beaufort for example. It is easy to drink.

This nice wine has a brilliant pale yellow colour. It has intensive lemon aroma and green apple aroma. At the beginning, I have a pleasant feeling but very uncommon. It has a light sparkling attack, with liveliness but not too agressive.
This lively white wine has ripe apple flavours and it reminds us the taste of cider. It is very light and refreshing, very easy to drink.

This gewurztraminer is definatly a rich, fruity wine which's aroma is an explosion of exotic fruits (litchi, passion fruit, pineapple and mangoes), of flowers and spices. In mouth, what stands out most of all in my opinion is the blend of lychee and liquorice flavours. Its taste is well balanced between sweetness, freshness and fruitiness, and it is medium bodied with a smooth fruity attack. Despite its pale yellow color, this wine is an extremely complex mix of aromas and flavours.

This clear wine has a light greenish-yellow colour. It has expressive pleasant smells of peach, flowers, fresh-fruits citrus, grape fruits, exotic fruits and pineaple. Sauvignon wines have to be always a very fruity wine and not fuulbodied. That is why this wine is a fruity light white wine and easy to drink. But the only small negative note in this wine is that there is no structure in this wine, it is only fruity and the taste disappears very quickly: no lenght in mouth.
