COMMENTS: TAPIZ Reserva 2008 Argentina.

This pale yellow colored wine has wonderful peach, citrus and apple aromas. The peach flavour can be tasted after the first sip, when you are used to the light acidity.

This is a light, refreshing , medium-bodied wine, very well balanced between fruitiness and roundness.

However, I quite dislike the evolution, which gives a heat impression in mouth. It has too much alcohol feeling for me.

COMMENTS: Roux Pere et Fils - St ABIN 1er cru - Les Cortons - 2005

This wine has a brilliant medium golden yellow color, which is quite unusual for a dry wine.

It has rich and complex aromas of fruity cheese (Comte) and pepper and nuts.

The first sip is quite agressive and you can just fell the black pepper taste. Then, the second and third sips allow a freshier attack. The white fruits flavour wrap the palate, and the evolution is rich and nice. The finish is well balanced with roundness and fruitiness.

This is a good, fresh wine, however, it lacks a little bit of fruits. It could have been greater.

COMMENTS: This wine is a good wine coming from the Loire Valley region.
This light red wine has a deep, dark and bright violet color.
When you smell it, you can identify the odors of red fruits and spices, especially pepper.
When you taste this wine for the first time, a light acidity can be felt. It has a light, refreshing and fruity attack with a particular gooseberry taste. The evolution of the sensations in the mouth is interesting: you feel the fruits flavor and the freshness first and then you can distinguish a light finish. This wine is not heavy but easy to drink. It is not classified as a full-bodied wine, it is not felt in the pallet. Nevertheless, you can feel the tannins a little bit, even if it is not a well structured and rich wine which is not so tannic. It doesn't stay a long time in the mouth, only the spicy taste can last.
This red wine is drunk quite fresh and you can savor it with some fish.
